Okas is a real estate investment brand backed by the DMI Group. We designed a complete concept brand identity that includes a custom wordmark, paired with geometric typography and a deep navy palette. Along with mockups and brand guidelines across stationery, signage, and digital touch points.
At the center of the identity is a custom wordmark where the letter K doubles as a house. The rest of the wordmark stays clean and geometric, letting the K carry the brand's meaning without needing a separate icon.
The identity system was extended across a full set of brand touch points along with a usage guideline document to ensure consistency as the brand scales across new projects and markets.
